Valve Overhauls

Large Milling & Turning
Unico Mechanical’s large capacity and 24/7 service allows us to handle large milling and heavy turning projects quickly, reducing down time and shortening the repair duration to support our customer’s schedule.
Engineering & Design
With an onsite Engineering and design team, Unico Mechanical provides design services that include consulting, research and development, design, and prototyping. Our engineering team provides reverse engineering for obsolete parts and equipment in order to extend the lifecycle of equipment no longer supported by the original equipment manufacturer.
Welding & Fabrication
With 60 Ton lifting capacity throughout the facility, Unico Mechanical offers large scale welding and fabrication services to meet even the largest welding projects. Our in-house X-ray certifications can support up to 6 inch thick welding operations.
